this is a good machine for lazy people like me... i want 1 cup NOW...i don't want to perk a brew or go to a coffee shop... so...the capresso fills that...

however...it only makes a mediocre cuppa joe... it does NOT make a real espresso...it makes a small cup of strong coffee that utilizes the best of a first press... but...you will NOT get what you'd expect from an espresso bar...

secondly...the coffee comes out warm...and...there is no temperature control... i don't mind my black coffee the temp it is...but...if you add any cold ceamer from the fridge or use a cold mug...it makes the coffee too cold... so...if you like hot coffee...this is NOT the machine for you...

the water and bean holders are too small... i use really good beans that are oily...each time i use the machine i use a chopstick to stir the beans so they'll go down the chute to the grinder... the water reservoir is laughably small... certainly the cabinet is big enough to accommodate a bigger water supply... and the water is in the back...which means you have to turn the machine around to fill it... it's just inconvenient and a hassle...

i haven't used the frother... the nozzle fall off so easy and i have visions of fizz and foam spraying all over the place causing a big clean-up... i'm not into that...

I love that the ENA doesn't take up any counter space. It's small, sleek, very compact, and makes any kind of coffee drink imaginable. I also appreciate its energy-saving features.

I like everything about this machine except the frother. It seems to pop off no matter how careful I am so if you're wanting to use this part of the machine, be warned. The dial to turn off the frother is right above the frother so if it has popped off, you might have a problem turning it off since now the steam is coming out close to it. I turned it off with the power button. I have tried to be careful and turn the dial slowly so the pressure would not pop it off but that doesn't always work. I've also tried to make sure the cup was lower down since if you have it too close to the bottom of the cup it will pop off. I must not be talented enough since it continues to pop off even when I'm trying to be very careful. I hate to return this since I really like everything else about it. It's easy to use and makes a good cup of coffee and adjustable so I can have my coffee strong and my daughter can have her's weak. My son wants double coffee, no milk. It's a wonderful machine in all other aspects. You can adjust for water hardness and program it for an "energy saver" mode. It's also quieter than the last one I had. Overall, a great machine.

The machine itself makes a good product BUT:

1) The water tank is MINISCULE!

2) The frother pops off with blazing (And messy!) regularity.

3) You can only select one option. For example, If I want a "normal" strength setting as my default I can't manually select 2 cups AND strong at the same time.
