Lavazza Super Crema Espresso Whole Bean Coffee, 2.2-Pound Bag
This is not the first time I order Lavazza Supercrema, and usually I liked it for my everyday espresso.
However this time item was out of stock for a long time and I canceled subscription but forgot to cancel that particular order that was lingering until the product became available. Anyway, I ordered Grand Tiera as I couldn’t wait for Supercrema and I got my initial bag of Supercrema unexpectedly but it was still OK as I had guests and beans were going like crazy until I got a big surprise when I brewed the first cup with these beans.
I thought it must be something wrong with my machine or the water filter, so I tried to brew the other Grand Tiera beans that were almost over and the espresso was OK. Now I don’t know how to return this full bag of Supercrema that is completely useless as Amazon policy doesn’t allow returns on these items.

We love this product. We used to drink the best Columbian, but this Italian coffee when used with creme is absolutely wonderful. I can’t praise the flavor enough. We use a melita method of pouring hot water over the grounds to avoid any tanic acid response. It is the only way to make coffee.

these beans produced the thickest crema i’ve seen on my superauto but the coffee has a sour / acidic finish which i do not like. i wish someone would had mention it.

I’m a long time consumer of lavazza, however this was the first time i purchased whole beans. I got the whole beans in aim of getting a fresher coffee, this one was described as vacuumed packed and just for $19.09. Unfortunately it was not vacuum packed like I have expected.

My espresso machine is a high end commercial machine that grinds each brew individually and I always use Lavazzo beans. Since I spent several thousand dollars on my espresso machine, why wouldn’t I use the best beans I can find?
Lavazza coffee beans are as good as any on the market. Price does not always relate to quality – Lavazzo is not the most costly coffee bean, but I think it is the best.
My Lavazzo orders have always arrived fresh; there’s not a bitter aftertaste; there’s no residual acid in the grinder (built in to my espresso maker). Highly recommend. Getting the orders shipped to my home on a regular basis is a real bonus!
